For 3  Saturdays each month, beginning usually around July, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, CIS Phil holds sessions for input and reflection on topics pertinent to Ignatian spirituality, prayer and spiritual direction. Participants are also assisted in their practice of retreat-giving and spiritual direction by means of practicum sessions.

Those interested to join must have had an experience of individually-guided retreat of at least 5 days. If not, he/she must agree to go through a 5-day retreat during the first three months of the program of any given schedules provided by CIS.
